What amenities and services are available to owners and guests?

Contemporary living, vibrant après-ski, expertly curated dining and retail, a rooftop pool and Spa Pendry are all part of the experience. Pendry Park City will feature four unique lounge, restaurant and bar experiences perfectly suited for every après-skier or snowboarder’s preference. The resort will have the only rooftop pool and bar in the area upon opening, as well as an inspired Japanese-American restaurant that will offer mountain fare, steaks and chops, along with Japanese standards of sushi and ramen. Owners and guests will also have access to the Rec Room, featuring relaxed American cuisine and arcade games, Spa Pendry with eight treatment rooms, a fitness center, Pinwheel Kids Club, and more than 7,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom.

What are the residence sizes, finishes and furnishings?

Pendry Residences will offer a wide array of floor plans to choose from, including studio to four bedroom residences ranging in size from 465 sf to more than 2800 sf. Open and inviting, each residence is designed to maximize views and natural light. No detail is overlooked in each fully furnished residence, which is crafted in warm woods, quartz countertops, custom millwork and textiles designed with luxurious ease in mind.

What is the Canyons Village Management Association and how does it benefit homeowners?

Canyons Village Management Association, Inc. (CVMA), formed in 1999, oversees the development and progression of the Canyons Village Specially Planned Area (SPA) and functions as a Master Association. CVMA provides various services related to resort aesthetics, development, design and contributing to and creating amenities and events which promote Canyons Village at Park City Mountain as a four-season, world-class destination community.

CVMA contributes to an array of services designed to benefit all of its members, including but not limited to the operation of the Cabriolet lift, transportation initiatives such as Canyons Village Connect, the complimentary shuttle service, road maintenance, snow removal, holiday tree lights and landscaping; CVMA also contributes to year-round events that drive overnight visitation and vibrancy such as the Summer Concert Series, July 3rd Celebration and Fireworks, Tour of Utah, Oktoberfest, Park City Wine Festival and multiple winter events such as Spring Grüv, First Friday Fireworks and more.

Improvements scheduled over the coming years will add necessary infrastructure, amenities and services that will enhance ownership experience and add value to Canyons Village as a whole. These improvements are made possible by owners contributing to the Canyons Resort Village Association through a 2% transfer fee.

When does the project start construction and when will it be completed?

Pendry Residences Park City will commence construction in summer 2019 with an estimated completion of winter 2021.
